Admiral Mustard^[1] is a minor character in Big City Greens. He is Gloria's parrot.

Appearance[]

Admiral Mustard is a green parrot with yellow eyes and white around them. He also has red wings and a cyan tail. He has a dark gray beak and feet as well.

Trivia[]

While Admiral Mustard went unnamed throughout the series, his name was finally revealed in "Blue Greens".
His first line, "I'm lonely, I miss home" served as a foreshadowing to the reveal that Gloria is not from Big City.
At the end of "Homeshare Hoedown", there was a parakeet colored like Admiral Mustard in Gloria's former apartment. It is unknown if this parakeet was an early version of Admiral Mustard or a different bird.
Season 3 is the only season where Admiral Mustard did not appear.
When he first appeared in "Homeshare Hoedown", Admiral Mustard was a normal bird instead of a parrot.
Admiral Mustard is a miniature Hanns McCaw according to specific parrot species.
