Family

Bill Green

Alice is shown to be very caring for her son, though reluctant to do the things he asks her. In "Backflip Bill" she was the very reason Bill dropped his Backflip Bill Persona.

Cricket Green

She is also shown to be very caring for her grandson, but can't stand his antics sometimes. She may participate in whatever thing he has planned. An example is in "Photo Op" where she goes with his plan to sneak to the food court.

Tilly Green

Both don't usually interact much as she does with Cricket and Bill, but they seem to have a decent relationship. In "Tilly Tour", Tilly takes Gramma on a tour around Big City so the latter will start to like it.

Nancy Green

With Nancy, Gramma seems to look down on her, disapproving of her relationship with Bill. In Green's Acres, it's shown that this is because Nancy's dad roped Bill into a scam. On some occasions, like on Green Christmas and Pools Gold, she cooperates with Nancy, at least for a while.

Others

Remy Remington

Both don't usually interact much as Remy does with Cricket and Tilly, but they seem to be on good terms. In "Cricket's Shoes", she fills in for Cricket to play on the trampoline with Remy, and she starts to realize why Cricket likes hanging out with Remy.

Mr. Grigorian

Mr. Grigorian has been enemies with Alice for some amount of time, and it is currently unknown why this is the case. Even after Mr. Grigorian cleared things up with Tilly, he is still enemies with Alice. ("Forbidden Feline")

Chip Whistler

Alice and Chip's first encounter.

These two do not interact much as the other Greens with Chip, but as with the other Greens, they are enemies with him. It is only in "Reckoning Ball" that they drop this and opt to show their true selves as caring people. It can also be mentioned that Gramma and Cricket were the two Greens who were cautious of Chip's deep down true, malicious intentions, hesitating when it was time to sign the contract.
