Big City Dental and Orthodontics is a local dentist in Big City Greens. It appears in "Hurty Tooth" as the place the Greens - especially Cricket but except Gramma - visit to get their teeth checked up. Dr. Enamel works there.

As Big City's local dentist, the Dental and Orthodontics center is a typical dentist filled with friendly dentists.
History[]
It was visited in "Hurty Tooth" as Cricket was complaining over the titular tooth of his acting up, and thus Bill sets him up with an extraction. Cricket does not want to go to the dentist and stories told by Gramma enhance his fears, and he fights his assigned dentist Dr. Enamel before attempting to escape. However, he soon changes his mind when Gramma reveals avoiding the dentist will only make his toothache worse, so he faces his fear and has the bad tooth extracted in no time.
Meanwhile, Tilly falls asleep while waiting for her dentist and has a delusion where she meets the Tooth Fairy, who assigns her to find a missing tooth for him; in the waiting room, Bill becomes obsessed with a spot-the-difference from HighBrights magazine and cannot find the difference no matter how hard he tries. After the kids return from their appointments, a statement from Cricket to "look at the bigger picture" allows Bill to see the rest of the page, and finds its obvious difference.
It returned briefly in "Chip's Revenge", as Cricket visits the dentist the morning after Chip Whistler's defeat to get his bucktooth fixed after chipping it just like Chip's in the final battle.
