DisneyNOW is a TV Everywhere service owned by Disney Branded Television, that allows you to watch the vast majority on Disney Channel and Disney XD on the go, also with games. It replaced the individual "Watch" apps that originally launched for these networks in 2012, as well as the networks' respective official websites.
Big City Greens is a program that is available to stream. All episodes are available with English closed captions; Big City Battle! and Big City Greens: Haywire Harvest are Big City Greens themed games, and the 2 only games for the show to date.
New episodes will release early on DisneyNOW before it even premieres on Disney Channel, around 3:00 - 4:00 AM (midnight - 1:00 AM for Pacific Time) depending on the daylight savings of the year, but a cable subscription is required to watch them. In rare cases, like "Reckoning Ball"/"Clubbed" and certain season premieres/finales, it was released the day after it aired. However Big City Greens the Movie: Spacecation was not released on DisneyNOW early to prevent spoilers.
Following the launch of Disney+, much of DisneyNOW's old content had been removed to encourage users to subscribe to the service. Season 1 was discontinued on DisneyNOW in November 2020, around the time Disney+ launched. Now, only episodes 7 through 13 of Season 3, and episode 15 of Season 2 are available to watch without a subscription, as well as some Season 4 episodes.
Starting with Season 4, the series, as well as other first-run animated shows on Disney Channel, are erroneously labeled as a Disney XD original series in the bumpers, as a nod to all animated shows moving to Disney XD throughout the middle of the 2010s.
On August 23, 2024, it was announced the DisneyNOW app will shut down the following month, but the website will still operate and users can still log in with their TV provider. This decision was made to discourage users in favor of Disney+ and Hulu.
On November 14, 2024, the Games page was discontinued, although no reason was given. However, it is likely to make DisneyNOW a watch-only site.

- The first two episodes of Big City Greens, from Season 1 were uploaded on DisneyNOW on June 8, 2018, ten days before their original television premiere.
- The app also includes emojis of Cricket and Tilly which users can set as their profile. The emoji has to be earned through the Emoji Machine using coins won in the games.
- The "Up Next" bumper card uses a still of Cricket and Tilly from "Cricketsitter".
- Error: On the "Up Next" bumper card, Tilly's left sock is green and white.
