"Evil Family" is the 31st episode of Season 4 and the 183rd episode of Big City Greens overall.
Synopsis
Chip Whistler attempts to create an evil family to take down the Greens, which involves also taking down Remy, who thinks he's being tested on his survival skills by Vasquez.
Plot
Chip Whistler is still using the guise of Norm to fool his partner Babe while secretly setting up a base in the sewers with Wholesome Greg and plotting to get his revenge on the Greens. He comes to the conclusion that the real reason for his constant defeats is due to the fact that the Greens are a family unit, something that he lacks. He decides to form a "family" that can conquer the Greens and recruits the criminal couple Bella and Bash. They plot to break into the Remington estate to test their skills and trick Vasquez into leaving to get his "bodyguard license", thus leaving Remy home alone on the day Vasquez is supposed to teach him tactics on how to defend himself if he's in danger. Remy however is alert and upon seeing the villains breaking into his house, believes that the whole thing was set up by Vasquez to test his survival skills, and happily sets off to prove himself.
Right away, the criminals learn that Remy is pretty self-sufficient after getting splashed with "kranch" (ketchup and ranch mix) from a rube-goldberg device Remy set up as the first part of his "test", and Bella and Bash immediately abandon the raid. When Chip follows Remy and corners the boy, he happily attacks him with Snakey, only for the Order of the Fang (consisting of Viper Fang, Wolf Fang, and Spider Fang) to arrive in an effort to kidnap Remy. The Fangs plan to kidnap Remy and mold him into one of them so that he can go back and defeat Vasquez, but Chip immediately points out how flawed that plan is, something the Fangs didn't consider. At first Remy is confused, thinking the Fangs' capture was part of his survival test, but then Chip reveals himself to Remy, who realizes this was not a test and everything was real, and the Greens' biggest enemy did not die since then. Chip then commands Viper Fang to hand Remy over, but he refuses since he does not see Chip has the qualities of a proper leader.
Suddenly, Vasquez returns, having seen through the charade, and Remy frees himself from Viper Fang's grasp while Vasquez immediately goes after Chip by tossing him around the room. Chip proves to be incredibly tolerant to pain and ends up tiring out Vasquez who collapses after Viper confronts him, and Remy flees with him into a panic room for safety. Seeing how truly determined Chip is, the Fangs offer their services to him. Babe also arrives, having learned of Chip's villainy, but supports him as she thinks it's a very good goal for him. Now with a fully assembled evil family and with nothing in his way, Chip decides to continue his goal of terminating the Greens. In the last scene, Remy contacts Cricket from the panic room to tell him that Chip Whistler is back.
