The Gloria + Green Café is a café owned by Gloria Sato. It is the fourth legal business to run out of Big Coffee building in the show's history (Big Coffee, Wholesome Foods Mega-Store, Burger Clown). The business was started in "Gloria's Café", and made a soft debut in "Squashed!".
It serves as the Greens' new hangout location, replacing Big Coffee. It was largely absent in Season 3B due to the Greens moving back to the country, and was likely replaced with Patti's Diner.
History[]
The café is the culmination of years of Gloria's hard work; however, the penultimate path she took to get to this point was a very hard path, though she persevered. Enduring many jobs, cutbacks due to losing said jobs, having to keep up a lie to her parents, repeated encounters with Chip Whistler and Wholesome Foods, and lots of hardships, this determination and tenacity of her's eventually got Gloria her ultimate dream of opening up the café she has wanted for so long.
In "Gloria's Café", she initially sets up an unauthorized café inside the old Big Coffee building. due to the bank not giving her a loan, but was unfortunately busted by a disguised Officer Keys; Gramma, seeing that Gloria does have the true grit of a Green, despite her saying she was impressed with Gloria for working hard, allows her some of her retirement money, expecting some payment from her in return, to realize her dream. By the end of the episode, the café is under construction. It is bound to be completed very soon.
The café opened prior to "Squashed!" as evidenced by Gloria's dialogue (though it should've been Big Coffee due to the episode taking place the year after "Blood Moon").
