It also serves as the main location for the second half of Season 3, and some episodes in Season 4.

History[]

Green Family[]

Bill moved to the town when he was a young man, out of the rural exurbs around the rapidly expanding Big City. At some point Bill married Nancy and bought a farm where they had Cricket and Tilly. Bill and Nancy's marriage didn't work out and the Greens also began to struggle financially due to the presence of Mass dairy factory farms. Nancy in rebellion breaks into and releases the cows but is caught and jailed. After this Bill is forced to sell his farm to the bank. Sometime later after living in Big City with Alice and selling vegetables, Bill and Cricket take an impromptu daytrip back to Smalton to refill his jar of dirt and realize the property didn't sell so Bill decides to buy it and move back. As a result, the Greens now spend half of their time in Big City and half in Smalton.

Description[]

Smalton is a town roughly 160 miles (258 km) away from Big City. It is home to multiple residents, including the Green family for a brief time. There is a small urban area in the center of town known as Downtown Smalton.
