Steven Alan "Steve" Lowtwait (born August 22, 1973) is one of the art directors on Big City Greens. He was a background designer for the first few seasons of the show, then appointed to art director along with Kassandra Heller, with their first episode art directing being "Chipocalypse Now".
Biography[]
Prior to Big City Greens, Lowtwait worked on CatDog, Hey Arnold and Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie. He also worked on the 2004 pilot TV film Party Wagon that aired on Cartoon Network.

- Lowtwait is known for his passion for classic sports cars; the first episode where this is shown is "Wild Side", where he immortalized his 1984 Porsche 944, which was destroyed in an accident.
- Other episodes with references to classic cars are "Gramma Driver" (the ramp museum resembles the Porsche Museum in Germany) and "'Rent Control", where he inserted a Lamborghini Huracan into the Remington Manor. His personal car, a Mauritius Blue Mk1 Audi TT, makes a cameo in "Gabriella's Fella".
