(phone ringing)
- [Trish - Boise, ID]
- Cricket: Hello. Green residence. This is Cricket speaking.
- Trish: Hi, there. Am I speaking with the homeowner?
- Cricket: Um, yeah.
- Trish: I was wondering if you are interested in going solar.
- Cricket: Oh, yeah, I am.
- Trish: We are notify homeowners in your area they may qualify.
- Cricket: Heck, yeah.
- Trish: For a free installation of our solar panels.
(Begin visualizing)
- Cricket: I've always thought that the sun could give me powers, but I've always waited for someone to allow me the opportunity to become a superhero. So, yes.
- Trish: Well, good. And you could take 30% to 50% on your electric bill.
- Cricket: Oh, I'll save a lot than that. I'll save everyone in this city from all crime. Don't worry, Big City! Sun-man is coming!
- Trish: Uh.
- Cricket: Hey, Tilly!
- Tilly: Yeah?
- Cricket: Tilly, get in here. This is so exciting.
- Tilly: What's going on?
- Cricket (OS): We are gonna be superheroes. And I just got a lady probably from the government calling me.
- Tilly: I have been waiting. I have just been waiting.
- Trish: For a limited time offer someone in your area--
- Tilly: I'd like my superhero name to be the Tilly Tornado.
- Cricket: Ooh.
- Tilly: I'd just fly into a city. (whooing)
- Cricket (OS): Yes, yes.
- Tilly (OS): Lots to wind. And I'd just spread kindness everywhere I go.
- Cricket (OS): Aw, that's sweet.
- Trish: Am I-- are your parents home? I need to speak with the homeowner.
- Tilly: Saxon could join in too, you know.
- Cricket: Oh, that'd be good. Be fun to have a little funny sidekick. We're beating up bad guys. (all of the sudden, someone else dialing the phone) But then he comes in and says, well, like a silly thing that everyone---
(The visualization ends rather quickly as the imagination bubble slowly fade away, revealing Gramma was the one who dialed the phone)
- Tilly: Gramma.
- Cricket: Gramma, we're on the phone.
(So it turns out Gramma is trying to call the weather company, but she ended up calling Trish instead,)
- Trish: Am I speaking with the homeowner, ma'am?
- Gramma: Yes. Is this information?
- Trish: No, I have some information about the solar paneling, and I thought——
- Gramma: I thought I heard Cricket and Tilly on the phone.
- Cricket and Tilly: Yeah. Yeah. No, we're here.
- Gramma: What? (realzing she called the wrong person) I was trying to dial the weather company to find out what the weather was for today.
- Cricket: It's gonna be zero crime, with a chance of me beating up every bad guy in the city.
- Trish: You could save up to 30% to 50% on your electric car.
- Gramma: Hold up, hold up. Is this a telemarketing call?
- Cricket: What?
- Gramma: This is a stranger danger in telephone form.
- Trish: This is a limited-time offer. When would it be best——
- Gramma: Well, I'll give you a limited-time offer.
- Cricket: Uh-oh.
- Gramma: You hang up right now, unless you wanna feel the fury of my fists!!!
- Trish: (being desperate) All right. You have a good day, ma'am.
Cricket: Oh, c'mon! |
