The Librarian is a one-time antagonist of Big City Greens who only appears in "Quiet Please". She is the strict head of the Big City Library who forces everyone there to be quiet.

Physical[]
The Librarian is shown to have green skin, dark green hair and dark purple lipstick. Her hair is down after she fails to attack Gramma because her hearing aids were so annoying.
Attire[]
The librarian wears a light purple sweater, dark purple pants with dark flats, a pair of earrings, and mirror sunglasses.
Personality[]
The librarian is very strict and wants everyone in the library to not make a single sound and to shut up, not even coughing or sneezing. She is also shown to enjoy capturing people who make the smallest of noises (e.g. laughing or whispering). She banned Bill from all libraries worldwide after he distracted her before she could attack Cricket.
History[]
When Cricket finally manages to turn his toy rocket off, he is quickly swept away by none other than the head librarian. She warns Cricket and the other Greens to not make any more sounds as she has very good hearing, but she will also ban the Greens from the library as well. After hearing a boy sneeze, the Librarian swoops him away.
After pulling faces at an old lady, the Librarian swoops her away, leaving Cricket quite scared now. Despite that, he is also swept away, not by the Librarian but instead by Bill, who is checking how Cricket's book finding experience is going.
Just as Cricket accidentally steps on the Blego block he dropped earlier, he lets out a loud scream, causing the librarian to hear and chase him. Cricket makes it to the bathroom, but he is almost caught, as the librarian is on the other side of Cricket. Thankfully, the librarian gets distracted by a sweet wrapper, and runs off. The said sweet wrapper is Gramma's and she is able to scare the librarian off with her hearing aid.
Just as the Greens thought they were safe, Cricket accidentally steps on the Blego block a second time and yet again screams loudly. Unfortunately, the librarian hears this, and calls out her other librarians to attack the Greens. Cricket starts making noise due to excitement of a new book he found that he is immediately intrigued in. The librarian hears him and prepares to grab him, but she and the other librarians go after Bill after he lets out a giant scream to save Cricket. Afterwards, the librarian has banned the Greens from not only that library, but all the other libraries worldwide. ("Quiet Please")
Trivia[]
- She hisses like a snake, and crawls around like a spider.
- According to her, she has extremely good hearing, which she uses to detect anyone who makes a sound, even the smallest sounds, plus she has super fast reflexes as she manages to capture someone quickly the moment they make a sound.
- Her good hearing, spider crawl, superhuman speed, and kicking out anyone who makes even one sound, are similar to the Death Angels from A Quiet Place, possibly implying that she's actually an alien. She also never takes off her glasses (which emote as if they were her eyes), which is highly suspicious.
- She almost attacks the Greens three times: twice for Cricket, once for Gramma. She successfully gets Bill. The only Green she didn't try to attack was Tilly, because she continuously kept silent with her sign language and didn't make one loud noise the whole time.
- Her mannerisms are similar to the librarian from Monsters University. Linda Hamilton's way of voicing her is similar to that of the late Marcia Wallace, who voiced the librarian in said film.
- She resembles Ms. Bitters from Invader Zim, and Miss Gristlepuss from the SpongeBob SquarePants episode, "Banned in Bikini Bottom".
- The former of which was confirmed to actually be an alien.
- She is voiced by Linda Hamilton, who is known for portraying Sarah Connor in the Terminator franchise.
